Linear Boards Complete

Sunday we went for a drive after receiving the LockUp stage invoice to see if anything had been done on Saturday to bring the house to LockUp completion and to visit the Gisborne Markets given it was a cracking day weather wise.

Nice surprise to see that about 3/4 of the Linear Boards are up! (Update 04/05 - Linear Boards completed during Pre Plaster Inspection).

Our roof is all complete now in the rear extension as well as the garage. Looks like we were lucky enough to get sarking installed in the garage roof also!

We also have insulation installed in all internal walls (soundproof where it is supposed to be) except in the rear extension.

Looking forward to seeing the scaff come down now to see the full facade.

Final coat of render also applied to complete RHS of house and 3/4 of the LHS... I assume this was done so the scaff could be removed. Only the front, rear and terrace of the house left to have final render coat applied.

Front facade, linear boards installed. Garage internal wall rendered

Rear LHS of the house taken from the reserve. Roof finally up on the rear extension
