Documenting my journey building the Waldorf 48 with Porter Davis in Gisborne

Braces and glasses off

As my son calls it, the houses braces (Scaff) came down on Monday evening, which really showed the facade off. I visited after work and was stunned at how good it looked.

You will also notice she is not wearing her glasses (front upper windows) due to another window issue (now the 3rd and hopefully the final one) which saw 5 windows not built properly, therefore not allowing the linear boards to sit within a reveal.

My SS picked this up and has sent the windows back to Stegbar to be remade, with their delivery scheduled for 21/05.
