Happy to find the Hebel completed, with the renderer having completed their first coat of render to around 80% of the house.
A list of things I'm still waiting to be completed:
- Rear extension roof trusses (waiting for scaff to be removed)
- Whirly bird missing (SS is getting plumbers back to install)
- Plumbing for floor mounted spout still not corrected
- Rumpus room replacement window to be installed (has been delivered, will probably get installed when framer comes back to do trusses)
- Some cables (speaker wire, ethernet) not run in some locations
- Cavity slider and bulkheads missing (will be installed when framer comes back to do roof truss)
- Garage roof 80% done (scaff in the way and will be completed by framer when scaff removed)
- Colourbond roof installed to Garage and Rear Extension
- Internal Garage door replaced (will be done by framer)
All in all, framer has a few odd jobs to be done over the next couple of days when he is on site next. I have been promised this was to be done Saturday last week, still wasn't done this Saturday, so will be asking SS for a revised date (third time lucky), but I would say this was delayed as he couldn't do the big job while the scaff was in the way.
