Gutters and Fascias up

Gutters and Fascias are up and looking nice.

We opted for Ironstone for both the Gutter and Fascia with the downpipes Smirfmist.

SS advising that Roof will be installed this coming week, and we can't wait to see how it all looks.

No other progress on site however, no plumbing rough ins, and no windows installed, however most of them have been delivered (and so far, no errors).

I'm hoping the windows get installed next week when the framer is back on site to correct some issues, however it appears there might be some delays.

Cavity doors are around 3 weeks away from being installed, with Bulkheads unable to be installed until cavity doors are in, then because of the Hebel on the back wall (master bedroom) above the Family/Guest bedroom, the roof trusses for the Family/Guest extension can't be installed until the Hebel goes up, therefore the bulkhead in the Family room can't be installed until the roof trusses are on.

Looks like the framer is going to have to come out 3 times to finish up. Oh, and the garage still needs to be completed also...

What a logistical nightmare!
