Construction Drawings - Signed, PCV x 2 - Signed and some clarification

1 week after receiving our Council Approval our BC contacted us asking if I could come in on Friday the 19th of December to sign our Construction Drawings as well as other PCV's.

To my surprise there was a Building Variation document also awaiting my signature, no surprise to the lack of attention to detail however (I stopped counting the spelling errors after getting to 5)!

List of items which I had to review and sign off:

1. Building Variation - 1
1. Waterproofing to upstairs bathroom, ensuite and master ensuite
2. Clarification of the sink for kitchen
2. Building Variation - 2
1. Delete S Type flushing to Garage due to being built on border
2. Clarification to Risers
3. Clarification to Esuite Tiling
4. Clarification to WoS document RE Sarking to Colorbond roof
5. Clarification to wording - Theatre no noted on Plans, known as Media
6. Clarification to wording - Bulkhead to Media
7. Clarification to front door height
8. Clarification to kitchen island dimensions (aligns to KC documents)
9. Updated pricing to Argus documents due to additional items
10. Updated pricing to National Tiles documents due to corrections
11. Clarification to Carpet colour to Study and Media
12. Clarification to the number of points for Heater/Cooling
13. Soundproof insulation added to internal walls (Bed3/Master, Bed 2, Guest Bed/Family, Family/Living, Media/Living)
3. PCV - 1
1. Clarification to Master Bedroom Window - custom size as original provided can't fit due to pitch of extension
2. Clarification to Timber Flooring to Cloak room
3. Clarification to Master Ensuite Sinks (LHS Orientation to Left Sink and RHS Orientation to Right Sink)
